2) Everyone has to deal with difficult customers, it comes part and parcel of the whole process of retailing. “For every customer complaint there are 26 other unhappy customers who have remained silent” –Lee Resource. Therefore it’s imperative that you address concerns and try as best as possible to try and please all your customers.
